We are currently seeking empathetic and dedicated Domiciliary Care Workers to provide exceptional end-of-life care to clients in South West London and Colchester.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals at the end of life in their homes.
- Assist with personal care, medication management, meal preparation, and other daily living activities.
- Offer emotional support to clients and their families during a sensitive time.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition.
Requirements:
- Experience in providing end-of-life care or similar domiciliary care roles (preferred).
- A caring and empathetic nature with excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (preferred but not essential).
- Right to work in the UK.
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable but not mandatory).
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

- Pay: £13.50 per hour
- Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
- Benefits: Flexitime, On-site parking

- Work days: Every weekend, Monday to Friday
- Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience: Domiciliary end-of-life care: 1 year (preferred) However we can train staff
- Language: English (preferred)
- Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (required) but not essential
